tested & proven! a mild jog for 45 mins non stop can cure a headache! tts for me la.. i had a nitemare last night tt i weigh 80kg! i woke up frm my sleep w/o hesitation! lol! thinking back abt tt morning, seriously its funny. yesterday Sinda called for a meeting between e bros in CG. issues address to make things rite. after tt, Ian & I caught Bourne Ultimatum. my goodness! had a slight headache b4 e movie. in e theater, as e movie was screening, it was filmed in a way they used handycams to make e movie. imagine e screen keep bouncing, shifting here, there, everywhere! literally my brains can't take it, probably spinning out of control! after e movie i went home, took panadol & Knocked.Out.i missed e man utd match. gd thing they won 1-0 over Tottenham. a Nani screamer! AAOOUU!!! |
